This agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", is made by and between:
 
 MobFarm s.a.s. di Gavagnin Matteo & C., Corso III Novembre 1918, 59 38122 Trento (TN) Italy hereinafter referred to as MobFarm, and your company represented by you, incorporated in the country specified in you account informations with the registered address specified in your account informations hereinafter referred to as "Authorized Resellers".

 Rights and obligations of MobFarm
 - MobFarm is responsible for providing merchant account to merchants resellers.
 - MobFarm will offer 15% discount on every FastPdfKit license.
 - MobFarm will offer ability to buy bulk licenses packages with huge discounts. These packages will not be available for other customers.
 - MobFarm will activate a free Extra FastPdfKit license with fixed bundle-id for demonstration purposes.
 - MobFarm will offer priority technical support to Authorized Resellers through the support.fastpdfkit.com website.
 - MobFarm will implement new features suggested by Authorized Resellers with priority.
 - MobFarm will offer one ticket for a 1 to 1 technical support.
 - MobFarm will offer you a 5% discount on each license if you decide to publish on the fastpdfkit.com website the application icon, name and final client logo.
 - MobFarm will create invoices directly to the Authorized Reseller.
 - MobFarm will provide access to support material, guides and tutorials.
 - MobFarm reserves the right to refuse Reseller the right to promote MobFarm Products, or any other affiliation with MobFarm.
 - MobFarm shall not be responsible for Acts of God, acts by third parties, or other events outside MobFarm's reasonable control.
 - Nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit MobFarm from selling Products directly to any customer desired without involvement of or obligation to Authorized Reseller.
 - Authorized Reseller agrees that all of MobFarm's rights, including but not limited to, intellectual property rights, trademarks, and copyrights, shall fully remain with MobFarm. Authorized Reseller shall act merely as a reseller of Products, and shall gain no rights
 
 The obligation of Authorized Resellers
 - The Authorized Reseller cannot represent Mobfarm to sign a contract with customers.
 - The Authorized Reseller must fill the form with every informations in the fastpdfkit.com website.
 - The Authorized Reseller must provide the company logo and name to be published in the fastpdfkit.com website.
 - The Authorized Reseller agrees that its informations will be presented to final customers indexed by Country.
 - The Authorized Reseller shall be responsible for all End User customer support, technical support. However, MobFarm will assist Authorized Reseller on technical issues that Reseller can not resolve.
 
 Acceptance and Termination:
 - The Agreement shall have a 12 month duration period. At the conclusion of the 12 month period, an additional twelve month period shall be added at the anniversary of each year thereafter if both parties are in agreement to continue the relationship.
 - The Agreement may be terminated at will by either party removing the flag on the settings pane on the fastpdfkit.com website. In addition, the Agreement may be terminated immediately without prior notice if the Authorized Resellers are in breech of the Agreement.
 - The right of either party to terminate this Agreement in case of a fundamental breach of contract shall not be impaired by the foregoing.
 - Both MobFarm and Authorized Reseller agree that this Agreement does not establish an employer-employee relationship between MobFarm and Authorized Reseller. Each party shall conduct its business at its own location with its own employees and resources, and at its own expense. Authorized Reseller shall not be construed to be a legal partner of MobFarm. Neither party shall have the right to incur any obligations on behalf of the other, except as otherwise provided herein.
 - This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Italy. If any provision is found to be non-binding then the remaining provisions shall remain in force. In case of litigation to resolve issues between the parties, the prevailing party is entitled to compensation for reasonable legal fees.
 - MOBFARM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY WAY OF EXAMPLE BUT NOT OF LIMITATION, OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MOBFARM SHALL NOT BE HELD TO ANY LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM BY RESELLER OR THIRD PARTY ON ACCOUNT OF OR ARISING FROM THE USE OF PRODUCTS.
